Position: PHRN - Telephonic Case Manager

Job Description:

• Evaluate treatment authorization requests based on state guidelines and medical necessity, making a decision to approve or deny. If denied, refer the request to an independent panel for review to support the decision. Nurses will collaborate with claims adjusters on denial decisions, considering risk tolerance to ensure the denial does not negatively impact the claim outcome.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must Active unrestricted RN license (USRNs are welcome to apply)
• With at least 1 year of relevant Clinical experience in any medical/surgical department, Orthopedic, Medical/Surgical ICU, Coronary Care Unit (CCU), Rehabilitation, Emergency department.
• With 1 year of Utilization reviewer or Triage experience with any BPO company
• Amenable to Start ASAP and Work Onsite
