Descripción
- Dispense prescription medications and ensure accurate medication dosing, labeling, and patient instructions.
- Provide patient counseling on the proper use of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Monitor patient medication therapies for drug interactions, allergies, and side effects.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medication history, to ensure safe and effective treatment.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapies and improve patient outcomes.
Requisito
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
- Active pharmacy license in the relevant state or region.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, drug interactions, and pharmacology.
- Excellent communication skills for patient counseling and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
