DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing dedicated secretarial and administrative support to senior management, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
• Handling and prioritising correspondence, both written and verbal, on behalf of senior staff
• Maintaining detailed records and databases, and preparing reports and presentations as required
• Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as filing, document organisation, and office management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate (of any course)
• Proven experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant, ideally within a fast-paced, professional environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with all levels of the organisation
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
