• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or any related field;
• with significant experience in a knitting or textile manufacturing environment;
• with in-depth understanding of knitting machinery (both circular and flat knitting), production processes, yarn types, and fabric quality control is essential.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interdepartmental coordination skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for coordinating with various department, managing staff, and reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Examines knitted fabric article produced to defect variations from standard;
• Check/monitor fabric quality;
• Report process and equipment issues;
• Request needed spare parts
• Record all job orders and fabric specifications
• Supervised and maintain good housekeeping of the production area
• Monitor Daily production output of each machine submitted by weigher.
• Shall identify/distinguish, evaluate and prepare the summary of machine parts that needs to replace and to process
• Make update of total remaining iodine bottles and coordinate to CPI
• Record all fabric specs from mechanics adjustment
• And other task that maybe assigned by the management from time to time.
