  • Payroll processing: Computing salaries, allowances, and deductions; ensuring timely disbursement of wages.
  • Record keeping: Maintaining accurate employee payroll and benefits records.
  • Compliance: Preparing and reconciling government remittances (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and tax reports to ensure tax law compliance.
  • Reporting: Generating payroll summaries and assisting with month-end/year-end closing activities and audits.
  • Final pay: Computing and releasing final pay, including salaries, unused leave, and 13th-month pay.
  • Support: Providing support to employees on payroll-related questions and assisting with HR-related administrative tasks. 


  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in payroll, accounting, or HR is a major plus, often requiring 1-2 years. 
  • Skills and knowledge
  • Mathematical and analytical skills: Ability to accurately calculate, analyze, and solve problems related to payroll.
  • Attention to detail: Crucial for ensuring accuracy in calculations, data entry, and record-keeping.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
