- Process and manage vendor debit transactions and pass-through claims accurately
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, vendor reconciliation, or finance operations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus
