- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or priming.
- Apply coats of paint, varnish, or protective finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Maintain tools and equipment for efficient use.
- Follow safety procedures and use protective gear.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements.
- Work on residential and commercial projects.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in painting, particularly in Duco Finish and assembly processes.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in applying finishes, attention to detail, and familiarity with assembly practices.
- Working Conditions: Workshop environment, exposure to paint materials, and physical duties including lifting.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, creativity, reliability, and good communication skills.
