- Lead and optimize daily operations, including procurement, warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for raw materials, packaging, and distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
