• Monitor the post-sale pipeline: from warehouse release to completed installation
• Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to align schedules, resolve delays, and ensure handover quality
• Track and drive On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance across all store-generated sales
• Ensure seamless handover to the customer, including education, documentation, and satisfaction check
• Manage escalations from stores or customers and close them in coordination with the relevant team
• Analyze recurring issues, create action plans, and recommend improvements in the post-sale process
• Submit weekly reports on installation performance and resolution rates

Experience: Background in project coordination, logistics, aftersales, or fulfillment; ideally with customer-facing exposure

Skills: Organized, timeline-driven, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using tracking sheets, service dashboards, and cross- department tools
