Descripción

Service crew members perform daily duties that change depending on the number of customers they serve and the number of other staff members present to assist with work tasks.

· Process Payments

Service crew members process cash and credit card payments using cash registers (POS Machine)

· Interact with Customers

Service crew members respond to customer complaints and questions, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to managers as needed.

· Use Selling Techniques

Service crew members use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and upsell to customers.

· Maintain Cleanliness of the store

Service crew members keep work areas, such as food preparation areas, and customer areas clean and organized.

· Maintain and Receive Supplies

Service crew members stock work and customer areas with needed supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and cleaning supplies, and notify management when inventory levels begin to run low.

· Greet Customers

Service crew members greet customers who enter the business and answer phone calls from customers/ from the management.

· Fill Food Orders

Service crew members assist with food preparation and cooking to fill customer orders.

· Dispatch Orders

Present the order to the customers and double check the items if they are complete. 

· Must perform well; apply the 12 core values of the company (Integrity, Honesty, Responsible, Self-Discipline, Professional, Punctual, Neat & Clean, Customer Care, Respect, Excellence, Consistency, Teamwork)

· Must be knowledgeable in food industry sanitary and hygiene protocols. 

· Must be willing to work with broken schedule most of the time and willing to report in other nearby branches for relieving purpose.

· Must report to Area Manager/Team Leader/In-charge ahead of time at least 8hrs before 9am when health condition is bad or have any emergency.

  • SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAGIBIG & TIN NUMBER
  • NSO BIRTH CERTIFICATE
  • BASIC 5 MEDICAL EXAM WITH FIT TO Work Certificate
