Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience preferred;
• Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation,
• CPT and ICD-9 codes;
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Support Operations Manager in daily tasks, reporting, and strategy.
• Train, mentor, and manage staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and insurance requirements.
• Oversee accounts receivable and resolve payment issues.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and manage collections.
• Handle hiring, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns.
