- Responsible to handle replenishment of regular items coming to the DC for local / imported vendors.
- Responsible to auto create purchase order using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) / Import PO System (IPS)
- Responsible to ensure the following:
- No out of stocks for regular items in the DC and in the stores
- Right quantity of items is delivered by vendor
- Ordered items are delivered on-time in the DC
- Discontinued items are not re-ordered
- In-charge of maintaining the right quantity and inventory of stocks in the DC and ensure sufficient inventory for store inventory requirement.
- Ensures that all items for ordering are endorsed with Allocation department to manage auto replenishment of items in the stores.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time-to-time by the immediate superior
- Educational Background: College Graduate
- Work Experience: Preferably with 2 year related experience
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
