Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (CPA a plus). 
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP FI experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations. (Non Negotiable)
• Strong understanding of Philippine statutory and reporting requirements. (Non Negotiable)
• Excellent knowledge of SAP FI configuration, integration points with CO and other modules, and data migration processes. (Non Negotiable)
• Experience preparing business blueprints, functional specs, and leading UAT. (Non Negotiable)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. (Non Negotiable)
• Familiarity with S/4HANA and Fiori apps preferred. (Non Negotiable)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP FI Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) module. The role will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of FI with other SAP modules. The consultant will also provide expert guidance to junior team members and act as the primary point of contact for finance-related SAP issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP FI implementation and support projects, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with SAP best practices.
• Configure and maintain FI components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and related financial reporting functions.
• Ensure integration of FI with other modules such as CO, MM, and SD.
• Manage data migration activities and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and develop enhancements where necessary.
• Prepare project documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and end-users on SAP FI best practices.
