Descripción

  • Installation of network equipment such as Mikrotik Edge Router, Point-to-Point wireless, D-Link, Zyxel, and related software.                      
  • Maintenance and repair of IT network equipment.                                              
  • Required skills: Windows OS, network troubleshooting, PC/Desktop troubleshooting                        
  • Troubleshooting various computer and network issues
  • Setup and network cabling.
  • Providing technical support
  • Management and monitoring of ICT equipment and devices.

Requisito

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in IT or equivalent.               
  • At least 2 years of working experience in network troubleshooting & desktop support                     
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and efficient use of computing resources                                
  • Familiar with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity            
  • Preferably with experience in IT/Computer Hardware/Network  
  • willing to relocate if necessary; we have staff house.
