Manager of Operations is responsible for overseeing operational functions and driving overall organizational success. This role leads a team of managers to ensure departmental goals are met, operational processes are optimized, and client or stakeholder satisfaction is maintained. The Director develops and implements strategies, policies, and training programs to ensure efficiency, quality, and organizational integrity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead organization-wide initiatives from planning to execution, including resource allocation, timelines, deliverables, and transition plans.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics, provide reporting, and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and outcomes
  • Ensure accurate, timely processing of key operational tasks and maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Coordinate responses to client or stakeholder inquiries and participate in internal and external audits as needed
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and collaboration.
  • Communicate trends, issues, resolutions, and opportunities to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends, organizational operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as an interim leader for operational areas as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operational leadership or management, preferably in multi-departmental or client-facing organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement organizational strategies and improve operational performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management and operational implementation experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant software, with the ability to create reports, dashboards, and process improvements.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or professional certifications preferred.
