Operations Manager is directly reporting to the Managing Director


SPECIFICATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

OPERATIONS

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to Operations Manager.
  • Analyze the performance of Car parks and works with OH and OM to achieve target sales.
  • Assists the Operations Manager in communicating and aligning the strategic direction and objectives of the Operations Department
  • Develop strategic procedures to maximize productivity and ensure high quality deliverables
  • Provides operational support to all sites during normal business hours and after hours and on weekends utilizing the company mobile telephone.
  • Consolidate abandoned car reports on each car park and update weekly status.
  • Submit Contract Compliance report monthly per Carpark. Ensure compliance on general contract deliverables such as
  • Parking Layout
  • Graphics and Signages
  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance
  • Parking Maintenance and Upkeep
  • Structured Management Reporting
  • Crisis Management
  • Staff Training
  • Resolution of Pending Issues.
  • Monitor Valet Operations and handle Valet related incidents
  • Attend Quarterly Staff briefing
  • Ensure that incidents are handled by Operations Supervisor in a timely basis.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, IT, and Facilities, Planning, and
  • Design Department for improvements.
  • Car park sales monitoring.

Requisito

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or certifications in Project Management, Operations Management, or similar areas is a plus.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in an operations management role.
  • Proven experience in supervising, managing, and leading teams to meet operational and sales targets.
