This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a healthcare support team,ensuring efficient service delivery and high-quality customer support in a non-sales environment. The supervisor will oversee a team handling post-sale technical and non-technical customer service inquiries, primarily via phone, online chat, or text.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily operations of healthcare facilities, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement policies and procedures.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years in healthcare operations or BPO.
• Further Requirement: At least 1 year of experience in Billing, Medical Claims, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving, analytical, IT, leadership, management, technical skills, and customer service.
