Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Align operations with company goals and market trends.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Oversee procurement and inventory management.
• Manage plant and oversee supply chain.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Atleast 5 years in operations or a similar managerial role.
• Background in Supply Chain Management
• Strong knowledge of woodworking processes and equipment
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
