We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager I to lead a team of technical support experts. This role involves supervising Team Leaders, ensuring Client Service Level Agreements, and achieving financial expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven management experience, and excellent communication skills.

‎ Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed.
• Maximize revenue through data collection, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Select, train, develop, and manage the performance of direct reports and their associates.
• Manage operational reports and foster relationships with client partners.
• Provide leadership to ensure consistent administration of company policies.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones for performance reviews and developmental coaching.
• Create a positive work environment through employee engagement.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings for continuous improvement.
• Implement best practices and drive consistent performance.
• Attend business reviews with the client.

Technical Proficiency Preferred:

• Windows Registry, File Systems, User Account & ACLs
• Event Logs, Auditing, Performance Monitoring (PerfMon/Resource Monitor)
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, SMB, Kerberos, PKI
• Virtualization & Server Management: Hyper-V, SDN, Clustering, Resilient Storage
• Administration Tools: PowerShell, Group Policy, BitLocker, Windows Update & Shell Config
