Location: Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor.
Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a small operations team managing imported vehicles.
Ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with the company timeline.
Oversee the entire import process, ensuring vehicles depart from the origin port as scheduled.
Coordinate closely with suppliers, forwarding agents, and internal teams to manage and monitor shipment timelines.
Ensure all original shipping documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, bill of lading) are received, verified for accuracy, and confirmed to the supplier on time.
Ensure car parts and original documents are couriered from the origin promptly after vessel departure.
Promptly notify relevant teams of any shipment delays or issues.
Handle accurate import duty calculations in compliance with customs regulations.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant government department requirements (e.g., PEKEMA, MITI, Customs, JPJ).
Maintain accurate records and provide support during documentation audits when required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or car import operations.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy, especially with documentation.
Knowledge of Malaysian government import regulations and processes is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic logistics systems.
Responsible, hardworking, and a good team player.
Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
