Position Title: Web3 Operations Specialist (On-site in Dubai)

Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)

1. Manage daily operations for Web3 projects, including event planning, community management, user acquisition, and engagement improvement.
2. Develop and execute operational strategies based on project stages to drive user retention and conversion.
3. Create, translate, and localize content in both Chinese and English, ensuring alignment with target market culture and user habits.
4. Actively participate in product iterations, collaborating with product, technical, and marketing teams to collect and analyze user feedback.
5. Monitor and analyze operational data, and regularly produce reports and optimization suggestions.
6. Maintain and manage overseas social media accounts (Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, etc.), foster a positive online community environment, and address user inquiries.

1. Fluent in both Chinese and English (strong verbal and written communication skills for business communication and content creation).
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Web3 / blockchain / cryptocurrency operations, with solid understanding of industry trends.
4. Proven experience in overseas social media operations and community management, with successful case studies preferred.
5. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to optimize operations through data-driven decisions.
6. Excellent execution skills, cross-cultural communication ability, and capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Candidates with a valid Dubai work visa or able to obtain one promptly will be prioritized.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operations for large-scale blockchain projects or exchanges.
• Familiarity with smart contracts, NFTs, DeFi, GameFi, and related sectors.
• Possession of KOL resources or overseas community networks.
