Descripción

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support the daily business activities of our automotive operations. This role involves coordinating logistics, maintaining inventory records, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


  • Assist in the coordination of daily operational processes, including vehicle deliveries, parts inventory, and service appointments.
  • Support the Operations Manager in monitoring workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicles, parts, tools, and supplies.
  • Assist with tracking shipments and communicating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of automotive parts and equipment.
  • Help process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
  • Liaise between departments such as Sales, Service, and Logistics to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and document filing.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all operational processes.
  • Conduct routine checks on facility cleanliness and equipment readiness.
  • Provide support during audits, stocktakes, or vehicle inspections.

Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree or college level in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in an operations, logistics, or administrative role (automotive industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with inventory or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for fleet or vehicle movement tasks).
