Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or operations, specifically in process analysis, productivity improvement, or operations data review.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot tables, Power Query preferred).
• Logical and analytical thinking with the ability to structure data-driven reports.
• Strong interest in macro development (VBA), SQL, and data automation tools.
• Effective communication skills in English (able to understand requirements and report progress clearly).

Job Descriptions:

The candidate to be chosen will be handling the following tasks:

• Support the DX/Data operations team in business process improvement and data utilization projects.
• Execute defined tasks such as data preparation, Excel automation, and Power Automate flow execution based on established requirements.
• Conduct operational data review and assist in identifying improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and document working files, reports, and flow outputs accurately.
• Coordinate with team members for validation and data consistency.
• Provide factual data support for ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Progressively develop technical capabilities toward data analysis, SQL operations, and system-based automation.
