- Manage online sales through social media pages, e-commerce sites, and messaging platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with quotations and orders.
- Verify the legitimacy of online buyers, stores, or companies before processing transactions.
- Prepare and process sales documents such as quotations, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order preparation and delivery.
- Update product listings, prices, and promotional content on online platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of all online sales and customer communications.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
