We are expanding and looking for a motivated Telemarketing SDR to join our outbound sales team!

What will you be doing?

➡ Calling prospects and qualifying leads (B2B/B2C)

➡ Setting appointments for sales reps & closing small-ticket deals

➡ Handling objections and building rapport with decision-makers

➡ Following up with leads via calls, SMS, and emails

➡Updating CRM with lead details & call notes

➡Meeting daily & weekly performance targets

What skills do you need?

➡ Experience in cold calling & appointment setting (BPO or agency)

➡ Strong English communication & persuasion skills

➡ Ability to handle objections & build rapport fast

➡Experience using CRM tools (Go High Level, HubSpot, etc.)

➡High-energy, competitive, and results-driven mindset

➡ Willingness to make 100+ calls per day
