About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketer who is creative, tech-savvy, and passionate about digital content creation. The successful candidate will support our recruitment and marketing activities by creating engaging visuals, managing social media pages, and promoting job opportunities and company updates across digital platforms.

This position is open to fresh graduates of IT or related fields who are eager to start a career in social media and recruitment marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and publish social media content using Photoshop and Canva.
• Manage and update company pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Support recruitment teams in promoting job openings and company branding.
• Track and analyze engagement and performance metrics.
• Research social media trends to enhance online visibility and engagement.
• Ensure all content follows company branding and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course.
• Open for fresh graduates (experience in social media marketing or recruitment is a plus).
• Proficient in Photoshop, Canva, and other creative design tools.
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic analytics.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and a team player.
