JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least High School Graduate but Vocational Graduate is a PLUS.
• With at least 1-2 years experience in Building Facilities.
• Willing on shifting schedule and rotating rest day.
• NCII Certification is a plus but not required.
• Can start ASAP.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and repair system malfunctions and breakdowns.
• Conduct preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Document maintenance activities
• Work collaboratively with other technicians
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns or urgent repairs.
