Serve as a subject matter expert on our hematology, chemistry, and reagent products, as well as associated machines and equipment.
Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support to customers, including laboratory technicians, clinicians, and purchasing decision-makers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting and selling our products, including attending trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive products in the medical technology industry.
Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on product performance, customer requirements, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and industry experts to enhance product awareness and credibility.
Assist with the creation of marketing materials, educational resources, and sales tools to support product promotion and customer engagement.
Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to hematology, chemistry, and medical technology.

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
Previous experience working as a medical technologist or laboratory technician, with expertise in hematology and chemistry analysis.
Knowledge of a variety of hematology and chemistry analyzers, reagents, and related laboratory equipment.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
