• Conduct quality reviews and audits of DRG/Inpatient coding to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Provide training and ramp-up support for new hires to ensure coding proficiency and consistency.
• Perform auditing support desk functions, assisting coders with coding clarification and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve documentation and coding accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, coding standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or any Medical-Allied Course.
• Must hold active RHIA, RHIT, and/or CCS certification, with additional CDI credentials such as CDIP and/or CCDS.
• Minimum of 5 years total experience in Medical Coding, including 3 years in DRG coding.
• Atleast 1.5 years of experience as a DRG Auditor or Analyst.
• Strong analytical, auditing, and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
