Work Arrangement: Full On-site

Schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Manila Time) | Night Shift (with possible transition to Day Shift once KPIs stabilize)

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Salary: Earn up to Php 50,000

About the Role:

We are Medical Coders who can start in March 2026. The Medical Coder will be responsible for accurately assigning CPT and ICD-10 codes for multi-specialty medical charts in an outpatient setting, supporting claims accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform medical coding for multi-specialty charts
• Apply CPT and ICD-10 codes accurately
• Code for Outpatient, Same Day Surgery, Ambulatory, Emergency Department (ED), and E/M cases
• Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality standards
• Use strong medical terminology knowledge in daily work

Qualifications:

• Active Medical Coding Certification REQUIRED — CPC, CCS, CIC (AAPC/AHIMA/recognized certification bodies)
• CPC-A license holders are acceptable IF with proven coding experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Medical Coding (required)
• Experience coding multi-specialty charts
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding, and ICD-10
• Experience in Outpatient / Same Day Surgery / Ambulatory / ED / E&M
