• Generate detailed BIM models and drawings for Mechanical and/or Electrical works in accordance with project requirements.
• Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently to develop drawings for submission, ensuring adherence to engineering principles and best practices.
• Propose system routing independently based on engineering standards, and perform quality checks on model and drawing production.
• Interpret and comprehend schematic and Single-line diagrams for accurate representation in BIM models.
• Maintain meticulous records of all issued and received models/drawings, ensuring document control standards are met.
• Actively participate in coordination meetings and clash detection sessions as needed, contributing to seamless project execution.
• Provide regular progress reports to the Design Lead, ensuring transparency and alignment with project timelines.
• Work under the guidance of the BIM Manager/BIM Coordinator, diligently performing assigned tasks and meeting project objectives.
• Adhere to and support office BIM standards, policies, and procedures, particularly in BIM-assisted Quantification.
• Collaborate with the engineer-in-charge and other technical professionals on assigned tasks to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or at least a Certification of Completion in BIM Modelling (MEP) or equivalent.
• At least year of relevant industry experience
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Skills required: AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Time Management, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Knowledge
• Relevant working experience in an M&E Consulting firm is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in design and building projects and relevant code of practice.
• Knowledge of engineering design principles specialising in common M&E services design or equivalent.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/ BIM software (Revit) is an added advantage.
• Able to work as a team, assertive, independent, and proactive.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines, including willingness to work overtime when required.
• Candidates without relevant working experience but with good interpersonal skills will be considered.
• Willing to travel.
