Position Overview Scope of Work

1. Supervision and Operations Management

• Supervise the work of manual finishing lathe machinists and electricians in the machine shop, ensuring the timely fabrication of parts for industrial conveyors, agitators, mixers, ovens, and related equipment.

2. Technical Drawing and Specifications

• Prepare, draw, edit, and interpret AutoCAD drawings for machinery, equipment, and parts.
• Determine the specifications of stainless steel and other required materials to guide machinists in fabrication according to the approved timeline.

3. Site Inspection and Installation Oversight

• Conduct on-site visits to assess equipment requirements for machining and fabrication.
• Supervise the installation of completed parts and ensure all equipment is operational and aligned with the agreed project completion date.

4. Project Costing and Quotations

• Prepare detailed project quotations, including materials, manpower (man-days), and fixed overhead costs, for client approval.
• Oversee project execution to ensure timely completion and delivery.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday
