Descripción

Assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions to issues, and offer product or service information.
Prepare and manage quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Investigate and resolve technical issues by researching solutions and coordinating with relevant teams.
Document and file reports regarding technical or customer-related issues for future reference and troubleshooting.
Handle the processing of quotations efficiently, ensuring they align with client requirements and internal standards.
Conduct site visits or ocular inspections as needed to assess requirements, gather information, and ensure project accuracy.

Requisito

Minimum 2 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field.
Relevant experience in customer support or technical roles.
Proficiency in using quotation and reporting tools.
Knowledge of fire protection systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
