Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and approve mechanical plans, systems, and specifications.
• Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment such as HVAC, piping, fire protection, and utilities.
• Conduct testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Provide guidance and supervision to technicians and skilled workers.
• Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and project managers.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and safety codes.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to supervise and manage projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
