The Heavy Equipment Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, mixers, excavators, backhoes, and other construction machinery. The role requires expertise in diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring that all equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and part replacements.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
• Work with the operations team to ensure minimal equipment

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
• Technical-Vocational graduate.
• TESDA NC II certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
