BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

• Provide input on market studies, client management, hands-on sales, and marketing functions.
• Implement approved Marketing Plan and Sales Plan through review and forecast.
• Regularly monitor sales, targets, and performance including continuous improvement and guidance to the Sales and Marketing departments.
• Evaluate and suggest marketing strategies based on research and concrete data.
• Conceptualize with the creative team on campaigns, projects, and content that will best accomplish the goals set by the company.
• Coordinate with the Creative Team on assignments based on the activities and campaigns set by the company.
• Manage social media accounts including submitting social media plans and coordination with the creative team.
• Work closely with the Sales Teams on formulating plans on how to reach sales goals and increase market share.
• Maintain execution of cohesive branding throughout the different departments of the company.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by direct superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Marketing or any other Business-related course
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing
• Exemplary computer skills, including MS Office Suite, G Suite, Web Analytics, and business research tools
• Proficiency with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
