Are you obsessed with beauty trends and passionate about building iconic brands?

DW Group Corp. is looking for a visionary Marketing Strategy Planner to architect and execute dynamic marketing campaigns that make our cosmetics and skincare products impossible to ignore.

In this role, you will be the creative and strategic force behind brand exposure—dreaming up captivating events, partnerships, and omnichannel strategies that not only attract customers but make them crave our brand. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create 360° marketing plans to increase brand visibility, desirability, and market share in the competitive beauty landscape.
  • Campaign & Event Creation: Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact events—from influencer launch parties and pop-up experiences to masterclasses and community-driven beauty fairs.
  • Brand Exposure & Buzz Marketing: Design creative tactics (e.g., viral challenges, PR stunts, collaborations with artists or complementary brands) to generate organic talkability and social chatter.
  • Consumer Insight Integration: Use market research, social listening, and trend forecasting to ensure every campaign resonates with target audiences and taps into emerging beauty movements.
  • Cross-channel Amplification: Ensure seamless integration of campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and PR to build a cohesive and irresistible brand universe.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness using KPIs like engagement rate, brand sentiment, sales lift, and new customer acquisition.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, fashion, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience planning and executing events and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong creative thinking and analytical skills—able to merge intuition with insights.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Fluent in English and [local language if required].

Preferred (Bonus):

  • Personal interest or background in cosmetics/skincare.
  • Experience working with influencers and beauty creators.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and CRM strategies.
  • Basic design sensibility (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite familiarity is a plus).
