Descripción

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple businesses operating in both B2B and D2C markets. This role is central to the smooth execution of email marketing, CRM initiatives, and broader campaign delivery. You’ll work alongside a wider marketing team and external freelance specialists to bring strategic plans to life.


Your primary responsibilities will include building and sending email campaigns, managing customer and prospect data, coordinating campaign workflows via ClickUp, and reporting on performance metrics. You’ll work with tools such as Klaviyo, SendSwift, and MailerLite to execute both outbound (cold outreach) and inbound (customer lifecycle) campaigns.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in marketing execution who enjoys working with data, platforms, and process — and wants to contribute across a varied marketing mix.


  • Execute inbound and outbound email marketing campaigns using platforms including Klaviyo, SendSwift, and MailerLite.
  • Manage campaign workflows and task timelines using ClickUp to ensure timely delivery.
  • Build and segment contact lists, maintain clean data, and ensure correct audience targeting.
  • Assist in setting up and managing automation flows, nurture sequences, and cold outreach funnels.
  • Conduct A/B testing and track key performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Compile campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with data privacy and email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement campaign assets (copy, visuals, templates).
  • Support additional marketing activities — such as data input, content coordination, and research — under the direction of the Marketing Manager.

Requisito

Essential Qualities:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter with a task-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Adept with marketing technology and data handling.
  • Eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands and adapting to varied audiences.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing coordination, email marketing, or marketing assistant role.
  • Practical experience with tools such as Klaviyo, MailerLite, SendSwift, or similar.
  • Comfortable handling and segmenting customer/prospect data using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with basic reporting and campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience using project management tools like ClickUp (or similar, e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Understanding of email and CRM marketing best practices, including consent and data compliance.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.


Desirable (but not essential):

  • Previous experience supporting campaigns in both B2B and D2C contexts.
  • Exposure to customer lifecycle or CRM journey building.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, paid media, or broader digital marketing tools.
  • Experience working with multiple brands or in an agency-like environment.
