Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other business-related courses
• At least 1 year experience in marketing
• With familiarity in market research and promotional planning
• Good understanding of the Philippine construction industry and current development trends
• Strong communication and data analysis skills; can also work as a team
• Willing to travel within Manila, Cebu, and Pampanga

Responsibilities:

• Handles and does site surveys when needed, in relation to project bids and full understanding of clients' requirements. Also handles project estimates for small doable project proposals
• Responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company's construction projects, services, and brand.
• Assist in planning, developing, and implementing marketing campaigns for construction projects and services
• Prepare marketing materials such as presentations and project portfolios
• Support proposal and bid submissions with tailored marketing content
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
• Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and client events
• Maintain the company's brand consistency across all platforms and communications
