As a Marketing Specialist at Outpost Specialty Concepts, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic marketing plans across multiple channels, including social media, email, digital ads, and print. Your role will involve crafting compelling content, helping manage brand campaigns, assisting in data analysis, and supporting various projects from concept to execution. You will collaborate closely with the design, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment with business goals.


In addition to content creation and campaign management, you will conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement. You'll also be expected to assist with internal communications, prepare reports on campaign performance, and contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and audience reach. This position requires someone who is both creatively inclined and analytically capable, with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of strategic marketing plans across various channels, including social media, email, digital ads, and print
  • Create engaging content for marketing materials, social media posts, newsletters, and campaigns
  • Assist in managing and coordinating brand campaigns from planning through execution
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for customer engagement
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to inform marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign alignment
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns; prepare regular reports with actionable insights
  • Assist with internal communications, promotional events, and brand activations
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing assets, campaign schedules, and performance data
  • Contribute creative ideas and feedback to enhance brand awareness and audience reach

Requisito

  • A graduate of Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or any related field, with a strong foundation in brand strategy, consumer behavior, and digital marketing principles.
  • Preferably with at least 2-4 years of experience in a Similar Supporting Role (Marketing Assistant, Marketing Associate)
  • With experience in designing customer experience with corresponding development and implementation of marketing programs and strategies based on customer data/insights and research resulting to achievement of key performance metrics
  • Demonstrates excellent business communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally across various channels, tailor messages to diverse audiences, and foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Full-time onsite willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong area.
