Pet Friendly’s, a dynamic startup in the Pet Industry, is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Officer that will drive brand awareness and growth. The central goal is to help grow the brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

  • Develop digital strategies that align with business goals and consider target audience, competitive analysis and available resources
  • Develop, implement and analyze digital marketing tools and metrics like market penetration, engagement rates, retention rate and return on investment to deduce the most effective techniques and modify less effective strategies
  • Plan and execute both long-term and short-term campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, SEO, paid ads, and other content marketing that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor the performance of all campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum ROI and target goal achievement
  • Create product packaging designs and marketing materials that reflect brand’s identity and messaging as well as market trends
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, assigning tasks, setting deadlines and providing ongoing support and mentorship
  • Ensure that the team meets deadlines and goals that were set
  • Implement data research findings to create more effective strategies. This task includes but is not limited to investigating customer needs, locating unserved or underserved market segments, monitoring industry trends and actively looking into competitor activities
  • Optimize website design and content to improve search engine rankings. This task involves keyword research, on-page optimization, user experience, link building, and monitoring search engine algorithm changes
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, insights, algorithms, and technologies to adapt current marketing strategies and tactics accordingly
  • Continuously look for new and creative ways to promote the brand, encourage repeat business and build stronger relationships with existing customers
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to foster inter team collaborative learning opportunities and ensure cohesive marketing strategies
  • Participate in short-term and long-term planning meetings to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals and take advantage of changes in the market
  • Provide regular reports on KPIs (web traffic, lead conversions, social media growth, etc.), recommending adjustments as needed.

Requisito

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing and product packaging design
  • Proficiency in using various digital advertising platforms to promote multiple product lines, services and educational information
  • Creative design skills to create or modify visuals for social media posts, ads, and other digital content
  • Strong analytical skills to gather data from various sources (website analytics, social media insights, etc.) and translate it into actionable insights for optimizing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior, needs, and preferences to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with target audience
  • Ability to create comprehensive and clear reports showcasing the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies to stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing tasks, coordinating resources, and ensuring consistent output
  • Has a keen eye for detail to identify potential points of friction and areas of improvement
  • Effective verbal and written communication to convey information, collaborate with teams, and also interact with necessary customers/stakeholders
  • Knowledge of algorithms, digital marketing trends, digital marketing channels, and an aptitude for learning new applications
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Proficiency in English and Tagalog
