A marketing manager is responsible for the development of various marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services. Responsible for planning, executing and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and identifying prospective markets.

Requisito

Education and Training:

  • A bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • Master’s Degree is optional but would be advantageous.

Experience:

  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience as Marketing Manager.
  • With a solid background in Brand and Product Management of more than 2 years is required.
  • Experience in sales will be an advantage.

Analytical Skills:

  • Highly Analytical Skills are required.
  • Analyzing data, market research, the ability to analyze data, interpret market research, and make data-driven decisions is crucial.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential in presenting ideas, negotiations, writing marketing materials, and collaborating with others.

Creativity and Innovation:

  • The ability to develop creative marketing campaigns and strategies is important for standing out from the competition.

Leadership Skills:

  • Lead teams and require strong leadership skills to motivate and guide their teams hitting their objectives and developing brand awareness.

Organizational Skills:

  • The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets is essential.


Other Qualifications:

  • With at least 2 years of experience in rolling out new products not only in Manila but also across the country.
  • Willingness to travel across the Philippines.
  • A strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including the marketing mix (4Ps), branding, and customer segmentation, is essential.

Understanding of Digital Marketing:

  • Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and other digital marketing channels is increasingly important.

Customer Focus:

  • A strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors is crucial for developing effective marketing strategies.

Strategic Thinking:

  • The ability to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals is essential.
