Descripción

Jojo Bragais Shoes is looking for a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our content and community strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other key digital platforms. This role will also handle influencer and affiliate marketing efforts that support brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars for social media platforms
  • Collaborate with the creative team on visuals, videos, and brand storytelling
  • Write compelling captions, schedule posts, and manage online community engagement (comments, DMs, shares)
  • Stay on top of social trends to maintain brand relevance and appeal
  • Identify, screen, and onboard influencers and affiliate partners
  • Coordinate campaigns and manage deliverables for influencer/affiliate activities
  • Maintain a database of active and potential collaborators
  • Work with the Trade Marketing team and CEO on brand campaigns, launches, and events
  • Track and report on the performance of social and influencer campaigns
  • Provide insights and recommendations for future strategies
  • Support real-time posting during brand events or campaign rollouts

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management or influencer marketing
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty industries is an advantage
  • Proficient in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and related scheduling and analytics tools
  • Strong copywriting and content planning skills
  • Familiar with influencer outreach and campaign coordination
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Basic photo and video editing skills are a plus
  • Comfortable working on-site and occasionally traveling for shoots or events
  • Creative, proactive, and trend-aware
  • Friendly and people-oriented
  • Collaborative but can work independently
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
