We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This role will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions while ensuring seamless execution across channels. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical skills to deliver impactful campaigns, optimize performance, and drive long-term customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, email, and paid media.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and impactful campaigns.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a focus on ROI, targeting, and budget efficiency.
  • Oversee SEO performance through keyword analysis, content optimization, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Launch and refine e-commerce initiatives including retargeting, cart recovery, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Monitor key digital KPIs using analytics tools and provide actionable reports with recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform innovations, and data privacy regulations to maintain best practices.
  • Support team development by attending trainings, sharing insights, and fostering continuous improvement.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience across SEO, content marketing, paid media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and CRO strategies to drive conversions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance in digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI effectively.
