Rua Seguridad is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager with a background in the manufacturing or FMCG industry, and solid experience in digital marketing and sales strategy.

• Drive marketing strategies with strong focus on digital platforms, SEO/SEM campaigns, and website performance.
• Manage and optimize digital content, advertising, and brand presence across online channels.
• Lead inbound marketing efforts and analyze digital sales performance.
• Set and monitor branch sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
• Verify and monitor accounts receivables (Current AR vs Total AR)
• Expand customer base through new product integration in existing channels.
• Oversee nationwide sales operations, warehouse utilization, and Sales Specialists.
• Apply experience in manufacturing and distribution sales to support business development.
• Mentor the sales and marketing team to enhance skills and accountability.
• Use data analytics to guide strategy and improve marketing and sales KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven success in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and website management, with measurable impact on sales growth
• Strong background in inbound marketing and online sales platforms
• Experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG
• Effective team leader with strong people management and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel for site visits nationwide
• Open to reporting onsite in West Avenue, Quezon City (1 to 2 times a week)
