What You’ll Be Doing:

?‍♀️ Plan and run creative marketing campaigns that turn heads and win hearts

? Manage our social media, ads, emails, and everything in between

? Build WrkPod’s brand and voice so people know we’re the real deal

? Track what’s working (and what’s not) and pivot like a pro

? Support the sales team with snazzy materials and clever ideas

? Work with awesome teammates

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3+ years of marketing experience (agency or in-house – we’re not picky)

✅ Worked in B2B, service-based, or outsourcing industries (bonus points if you've marketed to Aussies)

✅ Strong writing skills – you make even boring stuff sound cool

✅ Experience running digital ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn – you know the drill)

✅ You’re creative, analytical, and not afraid to try new things

✅ Good vibes, great energy, and a dash of weirdness (in the best way)
