Internship Details:

• Allowance: PHP 300/day
• Work Arrangement: Onsite (BGC Taguig)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
• Equipment: Work Laptop provided (MacBook)
• Internship Duration: Minimum of 300 hours

Events Intern Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and organizing event materials, decks, and documentation for internal and external use.
• Support the execution of school, government, and branded events under the supervision of event leads.
• Help coordinate logistics such as transport scheduling, materials packing, booth setup, and staff attendance.
• Join on-site activations to support partner greeting, registration, activity monitoring, and brand representation.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions, proposal building, and creative concept development.
• Maintain event photos, checklists, and feedback notes for reporting purposes.
• Other related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to assist in both onsite and online events.

Creative Design Intern Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Adapt and create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, social media content, and other visual assets.
• Assist in video editing and animation for the company’s social media platforms.
• Help develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring design consistency across all materials.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions.
• Other related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in design.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
• Motion graphics/video editing skills are a plus but not required.
