About the Position

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Audience Growth Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our Audience Growth Team by driving subscriber growth, maintaining the data accuracy of subscribers and database, and helping to achieve KPIs in the different MARKETECH APAC projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Building targeted contact lists using LinkedIn and email validation tools.
• Database Management: Regularly updating and maintaining our contact database to ensure accuracy.
• Uploading Contacts: Managing the uploading of contacts on platforms like Enginemailer for email campaigns.
• Media Contacts Management: Managing and expanding media subscriptions for lead generation purposes.
• Managing LinkedIn Accounts: Handling all MARKETECH APAC LinkedIn accounts and managing LinkedIn event pages.
• Sorting Company Ownership: Identifying target companies and determining if they are existing contacts in the database.
• Attendee Acquisition: Supporting the acquisition of attendees for events and helping with outreach efforts.
• Updating Company Directories: Keeping company directories up-to-date for outreach and lead generation.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for lead generation and contact management.
• Experience with database management and email marketing tools (Enginemailer or similar platforms).
• Basic understanding of social media monitoring and growing an online presence.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
