Job description:

• Managing all marketing for the Company and activities within the Marketing department.
• Developing a market strategy for the Company in line with Company objectives.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns within the Company’s marketing budget.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Work closely with Regional Brand Managers. Overall responsibility for Brand Management in the Philippines.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing activities.
• Manage and improve relationships with Clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino)
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• With experience in the Salon Industry is a plus.
