Assist in expanding the client base by identifying and reaching out to potential new clients.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations for prospective partnerships.
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials requested by the Manager.
Organize and maintain filing systems and company records.
Serve as a point of contact between the Manager and different departments, clients, or vendors.
Ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups on delegated tasks.
Coordinate short-notice trips and accompany the Manager when necessary.
Arrange transportation, accommodations, and schedules.
Provide day-to-day support on special projects or operational needs as directed by management.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.

Requisito

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle tasks under pressure.
Willing to travel on short notice.
